Contact TopOnlineForexBrokers
Corrections, research questions, broker updates, and partnership proposals all arrive here. Messages with sources attached get priority — we actually read those first.
- Read by the people who write the reviews
- Evidence-first queue — links beat adjectives
- Corrections get a fresh last-checked date
what lands in this inbox
Corrections, questions about research methods, media inquiries, and partnership requests all come through the form above. We read every message; priority goes to those backed by evidence — a link to a legal document, a regulator’s register entry, or a dated screenshot of current account terms.
if you represent a broker
A good portion of our messages come directly from brokers, which we welcome. If your page shows outdated details — like a new licence, updated fees, or a platform we missed — send us verifiable sources and we’ll review the page. We don’t change scores or soften warnings as favours or commercial deals; our checklist applies equally. The fastest way to improve your rating is straightforward: publish clearer terms and point us to them.
how corrections are handled
We verify claims against primary sources before updating a page. If the information checks out, we update the page and refresh the last-checked date. If we cannot confirm the claim, the page remains unchanged—even under pressure. If we’ve made a factual error, it’s better to hear about it sooner rather than later.
a note for readers
Never send passwords, full card numbers, or personal ID documents to us or anyone else. If you suspect a scam broker, stop depositing immediately. Then verify the firm on the regulator’s official register—accessed via the regulator’s site, not links from the broker—and report your concerns to that regulator. Our risk warning page explains common scams.
Common contact topics and the best details to include
| Topic | What to include | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Editorial correction | Page URL, the specific claim, supporting source | Speeds fact-checking and avoids ambiguity |
| Broken link | Broken URL, destination URL if known | Helps restore user access quickly |
| Broker profile update | Broker name, jurisdiction, source documents | Supports verification against official records |
| Legacy URL request | Old URL, expected target page | Helps map archived or outdated links |
| Media enquiry | Outlet name, deadline, subject line | Improves response prioritization |
This table is operational guidance, not a legal requirement.
Common questions
can i request a correction to a broker page?
Yes. This page exists primarily for that purpose. Provide a source proving the current information wrong, and your request will be prioritised.
i work for a broker. can our rating be revisited?
We revisit ratings whenever the facts change and you provide documented proof. Send official register entries, legal documents, or pages reflecting the update. Requests without new evidence won’t affect the rating; the criteria apply equally to all brokers.
do paid partnerships influence reviews or scores?
No. We disclose commercial relationships, but these cover link placements only—not opinions or ratings. Many top-rated brokers do not pay us at all.
what should i do if i suspect a scam?
Stop sending money immediately. Verify the firm on the regulator’s official register—accessible via the regulator’s own website, not broker-provided links—and report it to the regulator. You can also notify us; our pages incorporate these warning checks.
