If you represent a broker
A fair number of messages come from brokers themselves, which we appreciate. If your page is outdated — a new licence, updated fees, or a platform we missed — send us the verification source and we'll review the page. We do not adjust scores or soften warnings as favours or commercial deals; the criteria apply equally to all. The most effective way to improve your rating remains straightforward: publish clearer terms and direct us to them.
How corrections are handled
We check all claims against primary sources before updating live pages. Verified updates receive a new last-checked date. If we cannot confirm a claim, the page remains unchanged, regardless of pressure. If we have factually erred, we prefer to be notified promptly rather than later.
A note for readers
Never send your account passwords, full card numbers, or personal ID documents to us or anyone else. If you suspect a scam broker, stop depositing immediately. Then verify the firm using the regulator’s official register and warning list. Our risk warning page outlines common pitfalls.

Common questions
Can I request a correction to a broker page?
Yes. This page exists mainly for that purpose. Provide a source proving the current information wrong, and your request will jump to the front of the queue.
I work for a broker. Can our rating be revisited?
We revisit ratings when the facts change and are supported by documentation. Send a register entry, legal document, or official page showing the update. Requests for better scores without new evidence won’t be considered; the checklist is uniform for all brokers.
Do paid partnerships influence reviews or scores?
No. We disclose commercial relationships, but these cover link placements only, not opinions. Several well-rated brokers do not pay us anything.
What should I do if I suspect a scam?
Stop sending money immediately. Then check the firm on the regulator’s official register—access it directly through the regulator’s site, not via a broker’s link—and report any concerns to the regulator. You can also notify us; our warning-list checks inform our pages.
